  • @jmcae I started training "Superslow" over a year ago after training conventionaly for decades. I have been impressed to the point of adding a personal training component to my Chiropractic Office. We have women who in 15-20 minutes per week have lost 30-40 lbs. over less than 6 months and even more important look strong and healthy.

  • @italiagirl333 ino same. i didn't see results in 6 weeks tho like he said...but it's 2 1/2 months and im now starting to see results.
