@MICROCHIPSYSTEMS There are two softwares one for convert images and another for import fonts ... that saves on .h format (a huge hex array)... You can find that softwares on Arduino GLCD website or with this library for Pinguino (PIC18), this versions included with Pinguino Software was forked for use SDCC/PIC18 format.

@MICROCHIPSYSTEMS, Pinguino is a PIC18 board compatible with arduino wiring, and I ported GLCD library for it.
