S-300 (upgraded) and of course s-400 can outrun this in every aspect. It is a good weapon to be sold to developing countries .better than scrap.That's a pros. So i will stick to my first comment.

Yes, they put it up. I was there, E2/43. The guy filming, Hernendez, it was his launcher...and the first PAC3 combat hit ever. I was at the remote site, and it hit directly over my head. March 20 2003, both a scary and exciting day.
