  • Yeah nice man, I'm working on a build around that case as well, the antec 300 illusion, with an AMD phenom 2 x4 955, ati 5770, with an asus M4a88td-evo motherboard, and a corsair 650 PSU. Got that case because my main concern was low cost, mid tower, but great cooling.

  • pretty nice for home cinema but the screen is kinda small

  • Nice build, similar to my own . You may be able to massage that pixel out, btw . .

  • nice build

  • BXbomber718 - What are you impressions with the Antec 650W ? Has it impressed you? I have just ordered one after reading a lot of good reviews on it. I had narrowed down the choice of the "Antec Neo Power 650W" or the "Coolermaster iGREEN 600W"

Both were going for £50 so I got a bargain as the Antec retails for double that usually. Will I be impressed with it? I only have a cheapo 750W PSU in my rig just now but I have bought a HD4870 and I ain't trying it out with that piece of crap LOL

  • Loud..

  • make that 3 black pc gamers on youtube check my pc build out glad to see more blacks into pc gaming

  • When I built my rig, I wanted to keep it within the confines of AMD/ATI as much as possible to avoid conflicts in hardware.. and it worked. Sapphire A9-RD480Adv Crossfire (socket 939 Crossfire board) A64 X2 3800+ OC'd to 2.70Ghz @ 1.35V ASUS HD4850 @ 720Mhz Core, 2.4Ghz RAM 2GB OCZ DDR-400 @ DDR-440 (2-3-2-6-1T) Antec Performance Cooler Antec EarthWatts 380W PSU In-Win MidTower 5x 320GB Seagate 7200.10 SATA II in RAID6 Array Westinghouse 19" Widescreen 1680x1050 with HDCP Total Cost- under $500.
  • Nice rig there do you have a video of it?

P.S.- Phenom II is looking impressive keep an eye on it.

  • Woah ur PSU is a bit low watt. Recommended for that video card is 450W :S

  • is vista working good for u...and that one pixel would piss me off too and also nice build

  • Yes Vista x64 is running smoothly. Since the build Ive only had 2 BSODs but was able to determine was caused them and they never happened again. Runs all my games and apps no problems. If you are considering Vista x64 is the way to go.

  • Oh sunshine.. That movie is very nice. Interesting plot and good actor. Q9550 nice for oc. I use Aquagate on it and it run 3.4ghz.

  • Overclock the Ram and cpu

    i have that cpu @3.2

  • OMG. You Sound exactly like Cleveland from Family Guy! Awesome!

  • :-(

  • q9550 any good?

  • Yes very. I was also able to OC it to 3.6ghz. Runs very cool at stock speeds with my Asus Silent II Cooler. 40C Idle and 51C Max Load

  • Nice rig. Jealous of the cpu.

  • Dude you sound like Cleveland from family guy xDD

    But nice build ;]

  • great build man come check mine channel and sub me back man !! 5/5 for the video

  • Yeha dude overclock it...My q9550 is runnning at 3.5Ghz on a p5q-e board, no probs.

  • For a gaming PC I would have bought a better videocard especially for that big monitor!

  • 4850 is good enough to run a 24" no problems. I have one to run my Dell 2408WFP.

  • Yes it sure is plus mine has 1GB of GDDR3 RAM which helps alot at high resolutions

  • Very nice build dude. I have the same 24" BenQ its awesome. Are you going to O'C the CPU?

  • Yea I did to 3.4ghz when I need the extra boost but I mainly leave it at stock clocks.
