instructor's directions are clear, concise, yet delivered in the most soothing
voice! I actually fell into a wonderful, deep meditative trance in the relaxation part of this
DVD.

and listening to her voice will take you to a state of complete relaxation.
I'm taken to a place of peace and tranquility during the meditations
and any stress I may have had is gone. Everyone should have this DVD
on hand to practice on a regular basis and for those "stress
emergencies" we all have from time to time.
