right now 3 members of DBSK are fighting with SME over contract issues. At the moment it looks as if they've won and are legally free of their contract with SME. This means terrible things for fans of their Korean music as, the way it looks right now, activities as DBSK will cease. However, if you like THSK then you're set because their contract with AVEX still stands as a 5 member one. For right now, Dong Bang Shin Ki looks like it doesn't exist...

no, I don't really think anyone has an idea what's going to happen with them in Korea. The way it stands its starting to look really bad but people still have hope because, even though they're free of their contracts with SM for the moment, talks of breaking up haven't surfaced. All that is certain is that their avex contract still stands and they're legally bound to make appearances as ToHoShinKi in Japan so their activities there haven't stopped.
