Patek even made it a point to hide their tourbillons, so that light wouldnt effect the oils in the escapement, which are visible on most tourbillons.

The only thing I can assert for sure is that this is not a tourbillon movement. It's definitely mechanic (i.e. not quartz) and most likely not Patek. It will probably fool most ordinary people.
