  • The video is good. Nice body transformation you have their. I do wish I could have that kind of body too. I think you attain it for years of hard work, training, dedication and effective diet. Great job and keep it up.   • hey ive been working out more then usual now because im looking to get bigger muscles and a six pack, ive got a four pack haha so its getting there, but any ways i do my excersies on the highest intensity for me, and do a few reps, but i never get soar. what am i doing wrong?? i got told its because i eat a lot of vegetables but i dont believe that, please respond, thanks.

  • @Ilovemoney1344 it really depends on what your doing ..lets say your abs..you get a great burn in the gym but arnt sore the next day...u gotta push harder..if the burn is too much take a three minute break and push to the max again...abs are all about reps not weight so keep your reps up... if your talking about your chest lets say building muscle..do no less then 6 reps with a high weight and do 4-6 sets to exhaust ur muscle and try raise the weight after each set...

  • @Ilovemoney1344 bud, if you are doing the set to failure on the 8th rep, muscle growth will occur. Muscle pain is not a prerequisite. I suugest you read my complete transformation program.   • @CrownClown510 dude doing weight training at 13 and needing 4000 calories to maintain it is not good !!! arnold swarzenegger was 240 pounds competition weight and had an intake of 5000 calories.. and he was a body builder dude...there is no way u need 4000 calories at the age of 13 just to get a six pack get urself checked for a tape worm

Yip it will make it more challenging to find time working out, but I have seen many guys doing a great job despite the time limits. On the spiritual side of things...it changed my whole life around and the fact that I now like the guy in the mirror adds so much to all aspects of my life, especially resulting in being a MUCH better dad to my boy.   • why do you say not to mix milk with the protein after and before workout?

  • @kisskom77 milk contain two things you don't want before or after a workout....some fat and casein protein which is a slow release protein (great before bedtime but not before or after workout). Before or after workout you want zero fat content and a fast absorption protein like whey (whey isolate even better). G.

  • please, i need help with m diet, i do have a nice body for an 18 year old dude but i just want mass and i know its through what i eat which will help me achieve this. i dont even know where to begin and how much everything will cost but i am willing to diet for at least 4-6 months and see if there's any improvement. i wud appreciate everyone's help as well as the creater of this vid

  • @arabmoneylambo diet easily determines 80% of any muscle building program. It is not so much diet in the sense of lossing fat but rather diet in the sense of feeding the muscles optimally for growth without adding unnecesary fat.

  • @KaiserSoze7 Hmmmm...I am pretty sure there must be alternative ways. The reason I choose the Vit B injections is because of the many other benefits they also provide (for example: lowering bad cholesterol).

    Remember: Maybe your energy levels is OK - you might not even need them. Some guys also shorten workouts and intensity to cope better. Results maybe slower but still obtainable. Rather getting there slower than not at all. Wish you success my friend. G.

  • So would there be much difference is you excercise but you still don't eat much healthy food and most of it is like jurkey and soups? Because I exersize 2 hours per day but don't eat much and I would like to look a big more muscular.  I started exercise 4 years ago and from there yea I see I got musles but not that much, now it doesnt seems like anything changes at all.

  • @CoolGizmo335 Unfortunately yes...easy 80% of muscle building success starts and ends with the correct diet. Eating correctly to feed your muscles will make or break your bodybuilding efforts. Even if you just want to add a little size.   • you managed all this with split workout, right ? it is interesting because most of people on the internet prefer full body training over the split for natural body building. Full body didnt work that well for you ?

Just kidding thats an awesome progress you had there : D but it seems that your bodybuild is that of a mesomorph so it is kinda easier for you to get muscle. Like i am an ectomorph and i weighed like a year ago 60kg and now i am 80kg. Im still pretty skinny but im working to get my weight somewhere 100-120kg pure muscle no fat included and ofcourse natural training (steroids are for losers). Keep up the good work mate ; ) "no pain, no gain"
