Are you stupid or something? Trolling? Just because you're enrolled in special ed doesn't mean everyone is.
This model + texture can replace any ped in the game (untested) so whereby renaming the WFT and WTD files to F_Y_STRIPPER2 the model will assume the voice, the walk-style and all other characteristics programmed into the engine behavior for that ped. If you change the model to ig_Mallorie.WFT etc she will be Mallorie and talk just like her.
