I read this ladies book a few years ago and it is what sparked my passion for fermentation. I highly recommend it, of course, when I first began experimenting, I was not all that good. Now I've become something of a fermentation artist. It is wild. :)

It makes no difference what people say because she is just that......a pioneer. Life is life and we all have situations to deal with at one time or another. But at this point I don't think people would care if she went crazy and ran naked down the street.

I really appreciate Donna's calm and clear, caring voice and delivery. I find her delivery very easy to follow and extremely well-informed and knowledgeable. It is funny that pioneers bringing out optimal opportunities to excel in health and well being are criticized. I am grateful to Body Ecology and Donna Gates for giving me a way to experience my Heart opening and my body being stable, peaceful and available for a full joyful life. Mahalo!
