  • Hey Weiner, just wanted to tell you it's very kind of you to reply your fans, today's artists don't do that very often...

I've been seeing your tips and riffs of the weeks, and it's cool coz I've learned some things that have had help me a lot..

  • Dave do you know if ibanez is planning to make different 7 string guitars this year?

  • you are the best Dave!! I have a guitar an play for 3 years. Is good Line 6 PodX3? sounds good? You are the best and you know

  • Yeah that are cool ideas to star a song.

  • but u playing 7 string guitar??? theres a differnce in chords

  • Yes the chord is in always with me...

  • Is it a setback in terms of accuracy and speed while playing musical passages to mute the e b and g strings with the middle, ring and pinky while playing on the d and a string for example?

  • like that b chord

think its from a joesatriani song

always with me always with you maybe

  • the same chords are usually found in many songs.

  • yeah

i must say, i just found you videos, and i think theyre great

im only 15, and saw you with steve vai back in 2007 in glasgow scotland

it was a great gig, and inspired me to pick up the guitar

and yeah i went off and learnt the start of the joe satriani song and it does use the b major 11 as the first chord at the start of the song

great videos i have learned a lot from watching them

  • What pickups do you have in your orange and silver Ibanez 7? please get back to me

  • @sprite384 - they are custom wound Dimarzios. Based of the Paf7 but a bit hotter I believe.

  • Mon problème c'est que je n'ai que six cordes sur ma guitare
