Its Dynasty Warriors 5:Xtreme Legends,and you be able to use other character in LM by completing the level,and next time you play same level,there is option "Select",pick it and you now can choose any officer you want to.

i like the game but but the only thing they need to change back is leveling up your weapons because when you pick up the items you do not know what you are gonna get.

Leveling up weapons were horrible. You had to aim to kill the officers quickly before your allies do. They also took too long to level.

It stowed away from the need to find weapons which is ultimately better because you don't need to rush.

The best part about finding weapons is not knowing what you're gonna get. It sort of adds a small pinch of suspense to the game.

PS: If you want to find weapons with really good but still random stats, level 4-5 difficulty stages are the way to go.
