This touches on things very true. People just don't really want to see a Jon Stewart Green Lantern movie. In the comics and through here-say, they make Jon out to be such a weak character when compared to the other G.L.'s. It's so bogus. I personally think Jon is better than all of them. But whatever, I guess the G.L. movie won't be right unless Green Lantern is white. Now don't get mad at me....I'm just telling it like it is and stating the obvious. GO JON STEWART !!! HAL and KYLE are OVER-RATED when compared to JON. As far as GUY goes, he's got the obvious middle ground. But the other two will always get more fame because they get more exposure and better character development as far as the comic book goes. Being that the comics over-rule any other media for characters because its the origin. But the thing that makes JON the best is not his race or color, but his unique focus and his attitude as an underdog of the Green Latern Corps. Learn the difference.

Get your facts straight, Jon was not only in one comic and then got his own. But had a good run representing the Green Lantern Corps. whenever Hal couldn't. Jon is definitely not just another DC character either. I don't have anything against Hal, Guy or Kyle - but I HATE when people say things like Hal or the rest are the best because THEY aren't. Hal may have been the first, but that doesn't mean he's the best. Jon is heavily under-rated and has nothing to lose, that's what makes him so great.

.............And for the LAST time, Hal & Kyle are only "so-called" great because the writer's and atist's make them that way. The thing that YOU and a lot people don't seem to understand is that Jon IS the catalyst of the Green Lantern Corps. because he's about business and doesn't need to be the center of attention like the others, which inturn makes him stand out from the crowd. So he's no ION or PARALAX. At the end of the day he's still the G.O.A.T. of the GL's whether you like it or not.
