Actually, calling dogbert might be a good solution. When paired up with the garbageman he can do practically anything.

MY disaster plan goes like this:

step one: evaluate the disaster what 'level' of a disaster is it? 1=spilled milk 5=bombing/fire 10=9/11

step two: depending on the level of the disaster sign up for insurance that covers everything on the disaster

step three: repeat disaster so you get insurance money for it

step four: repeat another disaster so you get extra money :)

I think that is the universal sign for disaster plan in progress.Basically what we have just witnessed is stage one of any major disaster recovery plan.Scream and panic untill someone coolheaded enough can draw up a better plan in the time frame where everybody is panicking and freaking out.

That's a good question. In the meantime the California budget deficit has grown to $48 billion over the next 18 months. The state is supposed to run out of money in about 3 weeks. Nobody knows if banks will honor Calif. IOU's and some hedge funds no longer want to buy Calif. state bonds because the state might default on them. LOL
