Regulations can be good or bad. Many good regulations have been replaced by bad regulations, & some conflict with others.
Regulating in such a way that you "legally" provide loopholes, exemptions, & exclusivity to large corporations & financial institutions is the wrong path. Unfortunately those in power (from both parties) are on that path.
Max is right about many things but I get annoyed when he uses convenient arguments to trash Americans. It's inaccurate & serves no purpose.

@tacitus7 Im looking forward to that show to. Im not a big fan of Peter Schiff although one of my friends is. I tend to like Gerald Celente more but the shows where there is a difference of opinions with the guest and max make for a interesting show. One time he had some young guy on and he was talking about the bond market and stocks Max ripped into him that he was just full of it and kept pushing the silver issue. I liked that show its like they brought over a fox regular just for fun.
