This man was not homeless... And he did not climb up the tower in the middle of a thunderstorm you fool. He was up there b4. He was chased up there by police who then tried to get him down by shooting sand pellets and pepper spray, It all weekend b4 this man was coxed down after being talked to for 8 hours. This man just got out of prison and found that his mom was dying of cancer and yes he has a mental issue.
