this is probably the most easiest skateboard trick ever. I did a shuvit in 5 minutes while standing still. (you have to jump a little forward)

Why does my board flip over when it rotates? I have the scoop down, when I scoop the tail it makes the board turn 180 degrees but it also flips the board over at the same time and this is what I don't want to happen. What can I do to correct this? Thanks.

@MB7DXCR9 Yeah mine too dude, well sometimes. Try keeping one foot a little bit on the board while in mid air, but not too much bc it will stop rotation, this should keep it in one place.

@ShecklerOwns Yeah, dont be afraid, and jump forward with the board, try going from the ground and landing on the grass or on carpet, so if you fall, you dont get hurt, then once you can land it pretty good, do it for real. It also helps to picture it in your mind and you landing it.

make sure when you pop the tail back, you jump and try to make your knees hit your chest, then as your coming down try jumping forward just a little bit, this is because the spinning motion of the shuvit or pop shuv it jumps forward a little, hope this helps!

you should put more pressure on the tail. and put your toes in the concave at the tail. the way I learnd to spin the board without doing a to big motion was that I had my backfoot at an angle and as I popped I turned my foot so the board rotated, while jumping ofc. quite hard to explain. but good luck
