I wish Toronto had a train bringing you to the airport. There are buses/airport vehicles but no train. There is a link train that connects the terminals and parking but thats it.
Philadelphia International Airport: From Center City take SEPTA'S Airport Line it costs $7, and the best part it drops you off right at the terminal at PHL within steps of the plane.
Most of us don't live in these big cities with that kind of transport. In my case, I have to take a bus, then a train, then a bus. Or, if I go to another airport, it's bus, then train, then another train.
Do you know how many bacterias and germs are crawling on those dirty filthy rail transportations? I would prefer to have a family member drive me to the airport. -Saves Money -Saves hassle -Saves time -No worries if something happens to your vehicle.
Since we have EZ pass, tolls have never been easier! You get to watch all the people caught in traffic when you can zoom on by in less then 5 seconds! Now in Deleware, you dont even have to slow down. They monitor your pass fast.
How can you head to departures when you arrive at a airport?,airports are normaly a one way system, you cant travel the wrong way as some one will stop you!!!! silly tip
Police and attack dogs? WTF are you transporting! Dumb USA (yeah, gimme a negative for that one!). I take a bus into the city for $3.25 and then the Skyshuttle van for $25. Vancouver is extending their LRT, which is max 3.25, and 1.50 during specual times.
Other good ones - Washington Metrorail goes to National, I mean Reagan. Baltimore has a light rail line to BWI. NJ Transit now has train service to Newark. And Philadelphia's SEPTA rail has a line to the Airport. But SEPTA charges an on-board surcharge to buy a ticket EVEN IF there is no ticket office or machine at the station, and "conveniently", the ticket machines at the four stations serving the Airport were removed a few months before SEPTA put in this insane policy!
