All this comments are from people that works for Hertz. I worked for them for 5 years and now that i'm not working for them, I am a new person. They are a corporation, they don't care about their employees. They changed our overtime pay, they cut hours, made commission impossible to achieve, the move you form one location to other as they like, without your consent, you have to work 10hrs a day but a limited amount of hours per week, they harass you to sale... i could go o for ever.
Guys if you have any problem at Hertz contact Mike McDowell! Very professional guy! he responded to all my messages and has tried to solve an issue that I had at one of the Hertz locations. which is not a big deal but he's been very friendy and nice to us.Even though if it doesn't get solved I appreciate his help! Very professional! I appreciate his help! So far has done a lot!
