Block pass + brake check = takeout. lol  Also, if a guy is about to block pass you, yes - you can still keep the advantage by squaring it up early and cutting across his line as soon as he clears. It's called an early apex, and if you time it just right (and trust the guy) you can possibly get the early slingshot and stay a wheel ahead. If you do this, do it as early in the turn as possible to avoid being brake checked.

if you know your gonna get block passed really slow down before the corner and square it up before he does and youll be inside of him and sometimes even stay infront
