I've got three Mk1s, one is my road car, one I am restoring for a road car, and one is my autocross car, all 73's, road car has a 2600, and my racecar has a 2 liter, had one since '82. love these cars, they remind me of the old Mustangs, got one of those too, a '67 GT fastback, 390 dual quads, 4 sp, white w/ black interior

Such a beautiful car...even better than the Escort in looks, at least. I love this video; I've watched it a half-dozen times now, which is weird because I usually insist on live-action with engine noise. But really cool video...the music helps a lot too. What is this song? It's really cool. My two favorite cars are the gold and white #36 at 1:05, and the red one at 1:23. I love the fenders, so swoopy. BTW, what racing series is this? Touring cars? I love how the front wheel come up in the turns!

the real racing capris had 1.4 litre engines originally turbo'd bda's. to meet the class restrictions. they later used 1.7 turbo'd bda engines
