Gong, and then he picks up 5 tong, then he can just discard one of his maan ji and it's a draw game since it's the last tile lol. If Andy Lau called a CHEUNG GONG, it would've proved he cheated, so Lau Ching Wan would've cut his hands off hehe.
True, it sure is a loophole. My take on it was, since LauChingWon was anticipating DuckWah to EAT with 4tong so he can chop DuckWah's hands off; also, in the back of his mind, nothing else matters but 4tong. That's probably why he did not GONE 4tong.
guys, when he said that he won they had another scene with the REAL five dots and REAL rice if u noticed. or the rice could have got flicked off when he smacked it on the table so hard :D

He wanted to make it chi mor, AND hoi dai lau yoot, meaning he gets chi mor on the final piece of the game making it even MORE of an insane hand than just regular chi mor just to stick it to them lol.
