@howie742 Its Zalman, i cant remember the exact name, but its made by Zalman, i wouldn't recommend this case btw. The Antec 100, 300, 900 or TwelveHundred are one of the best series of cases ive seen. The CoolerMaster HAF is very nice aswell.

I have qualifications aswell, they don't prove shit, I learn more at home than I do in college. Also most guys computer store owners are outdated, they may have knew something 20 years ago when they opened their shop, but today, they don't cut it.

@MakeRSGP in a decent computer you have atleast 2 hard drives two cd drives and what ever else you may need unless your so out dated you like to use ide then you dont need so many sata ports but any proper gamer or power user needs more than 4 sata ports

That is standard and is what 90%+ computers have, gaming computers are obviously above average but not very common, if you do work in a computer shop you would know this, as 99% of your customers are standard users, most people with gaming PC's don't need to waste their money at rip off computer stores.

There's a thing about SSDs. They are bound to fail, no matter whaat you do, they have a limited lifetime. SSD's have a very limited read/write per cell. I know you said for OS only, but that's still a lot of strain on the drive, I'd rather stick with my slow mechanical drive until they work around that current issue. ^_^

If you don't have the connections on your motherboard, then you'll have to get CPU fans that run directly off of the Power Supply. There would be no special cables, just the default power cables you'd plug into all of your IDE drives.

To be completely honest I don't think anyone will be able to tell you if any if this will work. (HDMI comes with the graphics card.) Look on their website, and get as much information about it as you can. If they haven't tweaked it at all, information will be easy to find once you go to the Motherboard's website, or simply google your MB, which will most likely be Intel. I could be wrong. And after typing this I realize your post is about four months old... XD

psu 850w up so you can add another hd 5870 in the future ram Tri-Channel 6Gb set any good brand and case is really up to you as you want water cooling i would suggest a full tower

sounds nice good strong setup just back yourself up with a sli/crossfire mobo to add a 5770 not that it will be needed untill 2012 for crysis 2 and intense games like that and a 750w or high psu to support future cards and over clocking

Oh... no one... Custom builders order their parts of preference and assemble them...

I know that, a lot of people do, but that's just what you call it when you build your own pc. Custom built PC. They are meaning custom because you do it yourself.
