the gun was a test of the tesla cannon made by the developers but they forgot to take it out of the game

Actually, this doesn't seem like something they forgot to take out, it looks like something they did on purpose. Why else would they put it on a table with ammo under it? The table doesn't fit the car tunnel area at all, so that makes it more obvious.

if you have mothership zeta you can find alien apoxies that will repair any weapon, after you beat it your team will find some more on the ship so you can repair as many weapons as you want, all my unique weapons are 100 percent

personally i think Sgt RL is the best follower that isn't dogmeat. he lets do a reasonable amount of fighting and he is good pack mule

u left out that the beta tesla is repared by missle launchers

but still helped out a lot

one other question how do u pick things up

click the right stick to move things around, to add them to your inventory you press the action button, (default is A for 360 or X for ps3)

i heard you can also get it by telling Dogmeat to search for weapons then waiting an hour.

i don't se why it wouldn't... you can stack ammo in the 360 version too can't you? and on the pc you could save yourself trouble and just use console commands.
