Uhm actually, you CAN use all 3 elemental sword enchantments at the same time, you just need to do the lvl 140 quest to stack them =]

This guy must be like lvl 60 or maybe a litle higher.. The skill is called Ifernal Stigma.. and u get in Master skill lvl with Sword .. The other skills he does with that "glove" , is called Battle Mod 2 and u get it in lvl 50..
