Your cynicism is betraying you. It doesn't convince anyone that your statement is valid. Instead you appear angry and hurt - probably by the church. That's understandable. But that doesn't mean that someone serving as a teacher in the church or anywhere else (all my college professors were paid to teach me) is invalid because they receive compensation for their efforts. Often, people teach others because they actually have something worth teaching that not everyone else knows.
