I drive mine with 14l / 100km mith 100 octane.
The guy in the video twice as much +rubber, oil and a lot of parts.

560...
I would have a look at cars built after '87. The engines got more power and consume less... So rather 420 than 380...
The 300 are not V8... they are R6 (6 cylinders in a line)
