Depends where you live actually. Most officers are actually fairly good people, they will bust your ass if you are doing somthing dumb, or somthing that is disturbing the public even if it is just by "yourself". Usually when they do get you for somthing you are doing alone, its probably for a good reason. 99% of the time. I won't go out and say there are not bad cops, but most of them are good.
