Whoever don't want any progress in africa is enemy of progress and does not deserve to live there, In fact I pray to God to strike that person with a thunder fire, Africa has long suffer for some kind of development and now that is happening somehow , some fools are complaining ,enemy of progress, Idiots, do you have any better plans? if you do what a fuck is holding you back? this is where africans know what to do better, how to criticize others, even though nobody pays them to do that.
@kasamoah its the tradition.you see she nods, says "uh huh" .to give her husband's that extra vocal support. You will see that among carribeans and older black americans as well.its one of the many unique african cultural traits.
I keep hearing that ghana is a possible investment old. What legislation and more importantly restrictions are there on foreign investment?. who offers insurance? You embassy and the African Investment corporation are to forceful in their sales pitch. You need third party advocates who dont push! Infrastructure investment wold also help! I mean tech not roads
ghana fuo sua tre (copy cats) next thing you know, everybody will be opening mall in every corner. Cos this past christmas i heard someone is also building one on way to Aburi. Ye wuoo. We are going tobe bombarded with malls. God help us
true-Africa should not try to get overamalled! That is annoying and very bad when the economy hits into a recession. Just build enough lovely malls within a certain vicinity.
@akos73 ghanian entreprenuers are not creative they just copy everyone else all they know are hotel restaurants and gas station.thats why theres no diversity in the business field in ghana
@akos73 You're a fool for saying these stupid stuff that coming out of your stinking ,would you rather have all those stinking so-called market that mall? In case If you don't know, Mall is a wonderful way to make a city grow both economically and to a good infaustrature, mall is an enterprise and contain a lot of difference beautiful varieties, it also create jobs,So if you don't like it pls go dig yourself under a50ft below while other enjoys the good things you're enemy of progress!!.
finally, the only way we can start benefiting from the fact that our land produces crazy wealth [diamond, gold]is by putting into Ghana what we get from livin in America.

"Nobody's afraid to speak." I think that's they key. Is it just a coincidence that Ghana has also a booming publishing sector? Which means that people actually read! As George Clinton had it: "Think! It ain't illegal yet!" Good work, man.
The kind of ppl we need in our country. God bless you!!!!

Ghana has a lot to offer.
When you visit it, you wouldn't want to come back.
Ghana has changed so much since I lived there during my youth.

@kasamoah You would have to go to Ghana. Man, she didn't say a word. An American woman would have taken over the interview.
