This was the first song I heard by Tarot. I was listening to a random mix, and I thought "this is beautiful. Sounds like Marco" (I'm a huge Nightwish fan). So I did some research and now Tarot's practically all I listen to.

Like everything Marco does is done with love and passion for his art. His love for music just shines through. This song is such a beautiful piece and his voice so soft in some parts but still as powerful as ever. I just listen to this over and over again... beautiful.

Probably one of the most beautiful on earth, only rivaled by any other ballad Marco has sang.

If Tarot did a CD just filled with ballads, it would still be one of the best things on earth. They can add a certain magic to ballads that some bands just cannot. It wrings tears out of the most content of people.

The video was posted by Lappalapp. I don't know why he used the Graphic from "Master Passion Greed" by Nightwish, then actually played the song "Tides" by Tarot. The song title "Soul to the Skies" has never appeared on any Nightwish album. I hope this lends some clarity to the confusssion.

It's a BALLAD. It's supposed to be soft and passionate. And Tarot has always had weird lyrics. When it comes to ballads by ANY band, this is definitely one of the better ones.

Marco doesn't use the full power of his voice in Nightwish, and it's a shame. The only Nightwish song that even comes close to any of his vocal performances in Tarot is While Your Lips Are Still Red. Nightwish are my life though, and I'm glad Marco is a part of them
