Atkins is DEAD. He died prematurely. Today, updated research on his old fad diet is easily obtainable w/free PubMed accounts.. Read real scientific data on ketogenic diets in refereed journals, please. Thanks.
On PubMed, simply type in your favorite disease style along w/ketogenic diet, then type in fruit/ketoenic diet, etc.. Here are a few to start: J Child Neurol. 2007 Apr;22(4):375-8. Kidney stones and the ketogenic diet: risk factors and prevention.
If my new levels of cholesterol triglycerides, my results of kidney and liver profiles & blood chemistry keep making my doctors say "WOW, you're as healthy as a horse.. whatever you're doing, keep it up" and the pant sizes keep going down more than ever in my life with any other way of eating, let me die prematurely at seventy something, please. Thanks.
Somebody big on facts should realize that Dr. Atkins died " prematurely" at the age of 72, because he slipped on ice, FELL and hit his head.. causing bleeding around his brain.

atkins was never healthy. Always struggled w/weight. Had ongoing heart problems and suffered mini strokes just weeks prior to "slipping on ice" Likely he had just another mini stroke after eating meat... Oh well, it won't stop those addicted to galanin from meat.
I tried this with parm. that was grated too fine and the end result was way too crumbly. It looks like she's using shredded parm here which seems to hold together better. (I made a BLT-very yummy, even if it kind of fell apart after about 3 bites)
Incredible job on the video. I would like to encourage you to do more. I will be first in line when you do. Thanks! I am always looking for new things to help with Atkins.

Looks good, and looks easy. I don't like Basil, though. Have you ever used lettuce instead?

The cheese is unnatural/unhealthy. It's so thinly sliced that sprouted grain bread w/comparable weight would be overall much healthier.
Carbs are the human preferred energy source.

Where is the meat in the 'club sandwich?' I'd love to have this with bacon, turkey and some salad dressing. This is just a tomato sandwich.

I call that a tomato sandwich. Where's the beef? I mean where's the meat?

I appreciate your video. In my area a club sandwich has turkey, bacon, cheese too. Which would still be great on your Parmesan crisps. Thanks.
