Pleas forgive me for saying this but I hoped Wheldon died instantly that be Critacly Injured because i didnt want to see his head all bloody and he would suffer. It would have been better if had moved up a lane or off the brake a little more, but he tried to make it though. @rikwalker917 no all of the racing community does it for their reasons mostly because they love the sport, the adrenaline, the speed, when you get on the track you what to open it up and your hooked. Not to mention he was a great driver, he had a great way to support his family, and at least he died doing what he loved. As a karter this hit all of us particularly hard because he was so active in the karting community as well. we will never forget you dan!
