Why do some of them have Green uniforms and others have black(or dark Blue)

@BruteWisdom Some might be from an older era of enlistment. When I enlisted, We were given Class A Uniforms (the green ones). Not too long after I got back from AIT, they began phasing out the Class A's and bringing in the Dress Blues. Just an update on uniforms I suppose... why, im not sure...
