I hate being a car enthusiast that makes fun of these videos of how utterly stupid and fake they are YET going to see it every time only because it is the only car movie that goes into theaters.

Oh and by stupid I mean doing things like putting an RB26 Skyline motor in an old Mustang and drifting it in Tokyo Drift. Or in fourth movie seeing the cop guy have his R34 Skyline blown up, getting the STi from Vin Diesel, and calling it even. How is that even? I don't even know but the list goes on...

In Tokyo Drift the car that the main character uses in the drift against the DK with the 350z was a 1967 Mustang powered by a RB26 Nissan Skyline motor that was pulled out of the "Mona Lisa" S15 Silvia. Apparently the S15 already had a swap prior to that because the RB26 motor is not its stock engine. And yes, almost all ORIGINAL Skylines R32-R34 (except for a few R33ss I believe) and their components (RB26 motors) are illegal in the U.S. Recently the fed made a big deal out of it.
