In comparison to mui Tai kicks they are not as hard. Tae kwon do kicks are focused more with the feet, which are the some of the smallest bones in the body. The shin is ten times harder then those bones in comparison and they can also calcify on top of that to increase the thickness. Not Sayin that Tae Kwon Doe kicks are bitch kick or cant knock someone out but MuiThai kicks are way more deadly. You puut a hard thai kick against a hard tkd kick I beleive the thai kick will be way harder

Zaromskis is a animal, great signing for strikeforce, the m-1 dream strikeforce alliance has the makings of something huge imo. I cant wait for co-promoted events. I wish we got HDNET in the uk, inside mma is one of my favourite shows but have to search around on the internet to sometimes find it
