i remember meeting him during one of his workshops where he did a group healing. he rearranged some of the people in the crowd and went into this sort of trance and started waiving his arms around not wildly there was a certain motion to it. I also liked the meditation techniques about grounding your aura and visualization.

I found Adam's books (they were lying somewhere in my house). Time to re-read them. That's part of my back-to-health program. Wish me luck!

Seems legit. It's weird, i expect these types of people to be more woo-woo, and usually female. The fact that he's kind of a jock makes me a little more skeptical, but it still seems legit. Look at his website, read his books. Library.

Also check out Barbara Brennan. She has the same gifts, and a school in florida.

We just heard about Adam Dreamhealer recently and must admit that we're really intrigued. What would be the best Dreamhealer book to start off with if we were going for just one?

First i read his first book, "Adam" a small, quick read. Autobiographical.

Now i'm reading "The Path of the Dream Healer", which is much better, more autobiography, as well as excercises and lots of info. great book.

Got them both at the library.
