@Masternecron247 Well it doesn't come from Randy. He's the lead guy but he's not in charge of customer service. It did take a couple months because they had to end the production at the one factory and start all up again at the new one.

Great review, man. I have the entire Series 3 Predators coming in a couple days. I am going to be absolutely irate if my Elder or Classic predator brakes at any of the limb joints! Haha I have all of the Series 4 Predators, including Toys R Us 2 pack, and the articulation is superb! I have reviewed the Series 4 and will be doing the same once I receive my Series. Keepin my fingers crossed for good articulation and no snapping limbs!!

Ive strayed away from purchasing Predator figures due to those gut joints in the legs. With the new figures having new leg articulation, I'm going to get them. It's just I have never liked those cut joints.

I feel your pain. Almost every figure I've ever gotten from NECA has broken at some point. Joints, accessories, you name it.  It's a shame that such nice looking toys are plagued (from my point of view) with shotty quality control.
