  • EVERYTHING JJ said went right through one ear and came out the other.

Not surprising considering there's probably nothing in there...

  • What a stupid Moron

  • Right now he's 22 years old and probably in jail being a burden to the system..

  • 4:10

He stood up straight. Guess he didn't have back problems.

  • JJ does her absolute BEST to be calm with this unpleasant kid and put some knowledge in his head.

You think you see them relating to each other during the case.

Then comes the exit interview, and he is as ignorant as ever. ... Sad.

  • Why does the race card always have to played when people don't get their way?

  • how can you be fly with no gold chain?

  • I almost felt sorry for the thug until the interviews at the end. That fool didn't learn a damn thing. Just got away with it again.

  • kid will be dead in a year.

  • @MrJamieMathieson He's not that bad...

  • @MrJamieMathieson Or less

  • Jeez she did not loose know one lost or won you turd. not being racist

  • She should have got him for throwing the keys in a field. But whatever, that kid is working at mcdonalds the rest of his life....

  • Sincerely hoping the kid to be able to absorb and apply what JJ said.

  • @kissinbooth Did you see how he acted after the case?

    Trust me, that isn't happening.

  • don't worry, soon he' be axing' for his welfare check.

  • He ain't be trippin'

  • @ItBrandonSilver LOL!!

  • he is so stupid, "its cause im young, black and Fly" really, no its cause ur stupid and uneducated. so back to school.

  • He needs prayer and guidance

  • @knicko007 Guidance more then prayer. Give him guidance then pray.

  • JJ did what she could, I really appreciated that.

Maybe one day, the talk she gave that young man will sink in.

    I hope so.

  • *that desperate man lusts after that disgusting, obese, 'walking refrigerator'....he looks at her in the nude and actually gets an erection* *wtf*

  • This is the right way to handle such a case. To point out to people solutions not just judgements.

  • I feel bad for the kid

  • I have new found respect for JJ. Everyone needs to know that someone believes in him. Even though he didn't exactly demonstrate an epiphany at the end, he might remember this day somewhere down the line.

  • I can see the young man has learned nothing from what JJ told him based on his "playa" attitude while leaving court. He's probably alrealdy in jail, or will soon be there and then he can sit there and reflect upon her words.

  • @lexlaw007 *bwahahahaha....that's right*

  • @lexlaw007 I prefer to hope that something went right for him even if the odds are against it.

  • @TheConnorian I hope the best for him but he laughed and mocked as he was leaving so this does not bode well.......

  • No hard evidence no case

  • Oh just kill that fucking kid... One less future drug dealer and theif to deal with.

  • Honestly that kid is hilarious. The ending was pretty funny

  • I almost thought JJ was able to reach him, but his antics and comments at the end, *sigh* I fear he's a goner.

  • As punk as this kid is....I kind of like him. Although if he tried to steal my car, I'd shoot him.

  • And this is how judge joe brown came about.

  • i think this whole case was about jj trying to knock some sense into this kid. i'm almost positive his dad asked jj to share some words of wisdom with him. i really hoped he listened.

  • You know the Judge was trying to reach out to him, set him straight because we know we know you don't get,"fired" when business is off, you are "laid-off", witnesses of gun possession, don't know how many times you've been before a judge? Really?! and you have DNA from the perp and you can't have it tested? That's the authorities job to solve the case! HELLO!). She know's this poor, unguided soul is going to move onto more heinous crimes.

Threw the keys away, what? Prolly landed next to the gun!

  • Lol. Calling white people who don't like him racist? Oh, that's real mature. Stupid faggot.

  • He needs to clean up his act

  • i can't help but feel bad for the kid. he obviously didn't have a solid, sheltered, supportive upbringing due to his parents and fear he will continue to be lost in this big old world with no one showing him the right path and being a good role model to him. his mother obviously doesn't give a F about him. broke my heart when he shrugged that he didn't know where she was and the look that was in his eyes. jj is right that he is smart and can make something of himself. i really hope he has.

  • Hey LIBERAL PROGRESSIVES , proud of your creation ???

  • Comment removed

  • after all Judge Judy has to say to him, he walks out of the court room and acts a fucking fool!

  • @Rorix9 yea but ya gotta remember he's 17... immaturity at it's best.

  • @LoveIsGrand00 or at its worst...

  • @Rorix9 yes but u have to remember he is 17. immaturity at it's best.

  • Comment removed

  • Most of "them" are not properly trained ... HE'S A THUG!

  • "Because Im black" yeh because ur black u gota act ghetto? geez get a life

  • We should see him on an episode of the first 48 in a couple years.

  • Wow at that kid's arrogance, he'll be in jail within a couple of years, dead hopefully within 10

  • your damn right he took the car and burnt it . but in court you have to prove it was him . he will grow up to be a nothing loser or dead by the time he is 25

  • He's doomed to become someone's bitch in prison..

  • Honestly jj said the lady had no evidence so he should have just kept his mouth shut

  • I'm sure if Judge Judy really had wanted to, should could have got him to admit to it. But she was doing him a favor (or she thought she was), so no love. Something like...insurance, would have probably helped the plaintiff...

  • I can tell that Pogo really likes court cases

  • @BucketOBeans lol who's pogo?

  • Thumbs up if Pogo brought you here!

  • This punk kid will be in the prison system real soon, DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A BET?????

  • @veetwinn1 amen!

  • I disagree, I would have gone with getting a GED. He could start prepping for it now, it literally counts just the same, and he wasn't getting into an ivy league anyway haha.

  • typical black person not finishing their education

  • @AtomFA and hispanics..... but its a catch-up game. I am a latino and my parents were told by their high school counselors not to bother with college because they would not succeed in college. They both have master's degrees and I have one too, and we all are very successful.

  • TV? what kind of description is that?

  • Couldn't get no help huh?

  • What a little shit!

  • Who would win in a fight Judge Judy or Nancy Grace

  • 0:50 for dinosaur face

  • This dude gonna finish school, but IT'S LIKE A TIME ISSUE

  • Fagottron brouht me here

  • That kid's attitude will catch up with him, i'm sure of it. And when it does, his cellmate will see how 'fly' he is and use him as a cock socket.

  • @4:49

he is a good kid, but lost.

  • I find it hilarious that Pogo is sitting somewhere watching Judge Judy clips. Ah internets...

  • I would be mad as fuck if someone put me on one of these shows.

This one in particular though, I can't fucking stand people like Judy.

  • @MrRunindry Its called being strict.

  • I hate judge judy what a cunt

  • That young fella has a lot of growing up to do.

  • @Fagottron POGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • @Fagottron I love you.

  • @Fagottron is it sad that im only here because you commented on this? who cares. that woman shoulda' said "AND I DONT WANT NOBODY..........stealin' ma cars!" ha...love you man, your music is amazing.

  • @Fagottron LOL its fagottron xD

  • @Fagottron Don't all kids?

  • @Fagottron don't you mean "a lot of growing up he'll never do"?

  • @Fagottron

    true. he needs some parents!

kids don't raise themselves too well. :/

  • I felt bad for the kid, then 4:50 happened...

  • @every1lovestony cant you think of an original comment?

  • I hope that this guys will take the judge's advice, she was right in her perceptions. His behavior throughout the proceeding, however, leads me to believe he won''t. I sincerely hope he changes. This world needs fewer hood rats and thugs.

  • the guy is smart and perceptive - HE HAS NO FUTURE!!! Fucking loser.

  • judge judy played the race card and the kid walked she felt sorry for him and in the hull at the the end the kid said she said those wernt her keys so he thrue them ? so he admitted to taking the car ? this was a classic race card case black against white and black won out because of color they were his cigeretts and deodorant and his backpack ? judge judy played favorites on this one plane and simple she felt sorry for the kid and went back to her office and thought yes he took the car ?

  • @jeryl68 seriously? lol yes it's the race card..you got it all right. Not that there's no evidence he did it or that they can't prove the ciggs and deodorant are his, but his race. Good job breaking the case! Not everything is about race...watch more Judge Judy. Anytime they can't directly link anything to someone she dismisses a case. This also plays well to your great personality that you think having one parent and not finishing school is related to being black.

  • @weightjourney2011 and yes i agree with you thanks for your comment and your right she does take the easy road when she cant find a verdic to a case and dismisses it she does that when theres a black and white case to i like what she does shes an interesting judge to watch on tv but the thing is is that judges get a little ahead of them selfs i meen no ones perfect and i dont think they can have a verdict or answer for every case either so they turn it around and dismiss it when they cant answer

  • @jeryl68 This case seemed pretty unanswerable so you can't blame her for that. She's still an amazing judge. Not just anyone can do what she does, especially on tv

  • @jeryl68 Obviously you are too racist and fucktarded to have figured out what went on in the video clip. 1. The plaintiff could never prove they were his cigarettes. Yes he smokes; but so do millions of other Americans. 2. Deodorant; so what? they have deoderant. Like JJ said, they have to match the DNA against something. The plaintiff did not do a DNA test and did not have something to match it against. The plaintiff had 0 evidence.

  • @AISOp314 Also the defense did not admit to stealing the car. The plaintiff only assumed that it was him who took the car. She did not see him drive away with the car. However Judge Judy did seem to stop the defense from talking at certain points (because he may have implicated himself; if he really did take the car). The defense has certain rights especially in court. Remember this is in COURT, It is up to the plaintiff to prove that he is guilty. The plaintiff failed to prove anything.

  • @AISOp314 he did it period he smiled and laughed at the end and it was odvious that he did it he got off because hes black he got off because hes a minor and he knew he would hes a punk kid that has no direction and will end up a looser in jail eventually they were his cigarettes and his deoderant and his backpack hes a liar and got away with it in court and fucktarded? what the hells that ? now whos retarded ? and racist ? thats my buesness so bite me hes guilty and should pay for the car

  • @jeryl68 OH MY GOD! HE SMILED!? GUILTY! GUILTY GUILTY!. wow, so who gives a fuck if he smiled or laughed. Is that proof he did it? No, if he did say at the end "YES I DID, I DID DO IT!" then yes, he would be guilty but he DID NOT say that. Under double jepordy he can not be charged for the same crime twice. Its up to the plaintiff to bring sufficient evidence in court to prove his guilt. They didnt; therefore no matter what YOU think or how HE ACTS, there is NO proof that he did it.

  • @AISOp314 yes he did hes a punk he was with friends and was showing off yes he did that shit its so odvious ?

  • @jeryl68 First off, what the fuck is "odvious"? Secondly there was NO PROOF he was driving the car to "show off" with friends. It could have been some OTHER friend showing off; as it was SAID IN THE VIDEO. There was NO proof to put him as the driver in the vehicle. No eyewitnesses, no DNA evidence, nothing. This case has NOTHING. Its so OBVIOUS. derp derp.

  • Going to pray the defendant will turn his life around and take the judge's advice for his own sake...

  • defendant will wind up dead or in jail by the age of 25

  • Comment removed

  • Lol, fly? Nice dirtstache fagget.

  • If he had possession of the keys, knew who they belonged to, but then just threw them into a field, anything that happened to the car subsequently is his fault. He also clearly did not hear a thing that was being said to him in the courtroom, and that was obvious even before he decided to act like a complete ass in the post-verdict interview. Judge Judy really screwed up on this decision, and since the kid has decided to "stay fly" he's eventually going to end up in jail or worse.

  • @PhysalisGundam I totally agree PhysalisGundam. It's a real shame that the plaintiff lost, she seems like a good person. As for the defendant, mark my words, he'll be in jail within a few years, guaranteed.

  • The kid needs help , He's a good kid , just lost ,

  • This kid is hardheaded. You could tell by the dead-behind-the-eyes look he had when Judge Judy was talking to him that he wasn't about to change. Unfortunately, most people insist on learning the hard way.

  • He did it! No, not because of is ethnic background, but because of his actions. His beliefs may change for the better. If not, He will have a hell of a time explaining to himself... Why?

  • That guy is the walking definition of niggerfaggot.

  • @gmma99 Did you not see the end of the video??? Are you kidding??? EVerything JJ said to him just went in one ear and out the other, and you want to give him another chance?

  • I felt for the defendant during the case. Then 4:49 happened..........

  • Judge Judy is amazing.. wow..

  • It's really nice to see Judge Judy really trying to help someone on this show. :) I feel bad for that guy, I hope he chooses to have a good life.

  • @neoman121 why feel bad? it's so obvious he stole that car. I hope he goes to jail, he gives black people a bad name.

  • If she had reported the theft & damage to the car, then detectives at the police department could have tested the items found in the backpack for DNA, then obtained a warrant to have his DNA tested to see if there was a match. Based on the result, the DA could then have decided whether or not to file criminal charges.

  • JJ recognized the situation for the best outcome of both peoples future. Her decision as a judge before 10 million viewers are the ones that keep her there. She recognized the honesty of the defendant for having attempted to return the keys, whether he did mess up the plaintiff's car or not, and focused her case on trying to give him the confidence that people does believe in him for that, disregarding all the things that darkened his outlook on life. Thank you JJ.

  • Judy should have looked at Davis and asked "Would you be willing to condone a DNA test with the hairs on the deodorant"?

Seeing how he responds to that would have helped.

  • Why in the USA there is so much hate black and hate white? I am white and I think there are some great white people and great black people in this world, we are all the same for god's sake. I personally think this young lad has had a bad start to life as so many people do and needs a break in life, a spot of good luck. Judge Judy gave him a sermon about getting a grip and he is the only one to help himself which is fine from her point of view but she IS NOT in his shoes is she ??

  • @fincasandaluciablog So true. You are a breath of fresh air on the scene.

  • the kids young i'm not surprised on how he acted at all but I am surprised at how fucking funny he was, he had me cracking up the whole case, awesome!

  • His comments after the fact shows that he's just another one with no future, knows it, doesn't care.

  • @TheAlmightyKingTroll you're so right. I thought the exact same thing. What JJ said to him will soon be forgotten.. Unfortunately a lot of people like him tell themselves " I'll change" but they never do, they just can't . If you were raised in a way and environment for years, a 3 minute sermon won't help.

  • He "stays fly"....is he a bird?!

  • @daniel151994 STFU

  • @thenewrevolution100 YOU MAD BRO?

  • wow this vid shows that Judge Judy has a big heart!!!! I pray for this guy to succeed as well!!!!

  • In one ear, out another.

  • i feel very sorry for this boy.. he obviously comes from a broken home.. I hope he turnes his life around and makes the best of it. I'll be praying for him as should everyone else instead of putting him down

  • That boy is such a piece of ghetto trash. And Judge J is right, he'll be a friggin' dishwasher the rest of his life ... only he'll have a string of illegitement kids and baby mommas to deal with on top of all that.

  • He's a complete retard. No wonder his mother moved to virgnia and wants nothing to do with him.

  • He may be smart, but he acts like a retard with no brain.

  • immature..u really gonna taunt what an immature brat lol...

  • Holy shit the things he says is funny. "Im black, im young and I stay fly she is a hater". This was hilarious, that kid is lucky. I hope he stays fly.

  • pretty sad that another young man will be a bitch in prison,JJ really tried to reach him,too bad he didnt get it

  • I honestly liked how Judge Judy handled this case, she and all of us know that this boy took the car and vandalized it, but JJ wanted to help this kid out and lead him into a better path, that why she said the defendant was innocent.

  • In one ear and out the other.

  • I wish I could fuck some vagina right now

  • @peterinfamilyguy come ovah ;)

  • @danielle10171017 You sure? If I'd nail you, you wouldn't be able to walk for months..

  • @peterinfamilyguy lol oh god. ok never mind then

  • @danielle10171017 Alright. But I could tit fuck you.

  • I hope JJs words sink in and he understands what she was trying to do by helping him realize he doesn't have to be another statistic. He seems smart.....it's sad he didn't have the parents to help him achieve more. ;(

  • She's a Hater hmmm so are 10 million other people who pretty much know you stole the car, but worry not with that attitude there is no doubt about it that he will be behind bars in no time

  • boy is cute...look at his eyes :P I hope he makes something of his life.

  • There are so many children out there in the US that don't have the opportunity to have a guiding hand to show them the value of education. This boy is most certainly one of them. I hope he listens to JJ and gets his GED and works his way to go to college. I will most certainly keep him in my prayers =)

  • Wouldn't that be crazy if he ended up being the next Judge Mathis because of this? Doubtful though...

  • There will never be another Judge Judy. She is great.

  • he's still young. he can get his g.e.d. and then get a part time job...then go to college. he can still make it. i hope he see how ridiculous he looked on tv

  • The Kid AINT NO THUG. Thugs Don't get jobs. Thugs don't find keys in a car door and then try and find who they belong to. He is Exactly why Sandy, Tony, Ronald, and a few others created The Scared Straight Program in Passaic New Jersey. This kid is taking the information he,s receiving in his environment and using it to the best of his knowledge. However, he's NOT the type that will be able to use it to his advantage. I believe, with just a little guidance and Patients, He'd turn out alright..

  • @commonman80

I agree with everything you said. There were little telltale signs that deep down he's a good kid, even him holding the gate for the next person behind him. I really hope he can get some guidance and that he doesn't turn to a life of crime.

  • 1:55 - 2:01

    epic derp face

  • I agree to disagree they don't have actual proof so you can't exactly say everyone know's he's the one who stole the vehicle

  • @bondedfate964 Common sense, his attitude, mannerisms, and the fact he had the keys, and taunted her afterward proves it morally, but not to a legal certainty. This is why you will often hear JJ say things like "I know s/he did it" but the case is still lost because there is no legal proof.

  • @TheTubePortal Unless his taunting was sarcastic. Maybe she accused him of stealing the car and he resented it--one more thing to deal with. So perhaps he was just making fun of her. Just throwing out the possibility.

  • @ypsidixit Anything's possible. Personally I think he's a punk and does whatever he thinks he can get away with.

  • @ypsidixit - Well, then, he's learned the lesson of keeping his mouth shut. Someone accuses you of something and it isn't proven, then that's the time to keep one's mouth shut, stay away from that person and keep their peace. It's pointless to taunt others and those who do deserve all the negativity that comes to them. You sound young, just learn that and you'll think twice before you take action in future.

  • @FredericaBimble I did not request your advice as to how to conduct myself at age 44, thank you kindly. Your Pollyannaish scenario does not take into account the kind of upbringing this young man might have had or the kind of attitude and comments he may have received from the plaintiff et al. Not all of us live in rainbowland. Should you reply to me again, keep your condescending attitude to yourself.

  • That boy is messed up. Everybody watching the show, everyone in the court room knows he did it, and that he was lying through his teeth. But what happened here is that Judge Judy gave him a break and some good advice with the hope that he will heed it, and make something of himself. He needs to study hard, get some government grant to go to college, get a job and save money to get a better degree after that, and improve his life. Let's hope he will do that rather than skating through life.

  • @TheTubePortal His father is disabled, mother doesn't give a fuck. He's alone, probably not very wealthy, probably hanging around a bad crowd, it is probably the only place he feels valued. But he is still 17, his character and his personality is not fully molded in yet. He has a very very small window to change, after you reach a certain age, and fully gone through puberty, you're molded and stuck the way you are. He can still change, but he needs to get away from his friends. Wish him best

  • that bitch is messed up. I don't believe she was telling the truth.

  • Fat girl deserved it... Glad the kid got away.

  • "Because I'm black and shes a hater"..No its because you're a punk-shit

  • she is a dumb fat ugly bitch who left her keys in her car.... lazy bitch got what she deserved NOTHING.

  • @bbriderolivia Forgetting keys is an honest mistake. Stealing a car is not.
