one gripe.. the backing needs a littrle work.. some nice harmonies would have added depth and feeling.

good guitar work on the second guitar, not too overdone.

also, and im sorry to be negative, but its not meant to be..

a little more pain and power in the main vox please.. convey the pain and sadness and loss of the song...
