Cobb AccessPort allows you to program the car's PCM. This includes disabling any CEL you don't want.

Does the bottom of the TurboXS exhaust scrap when you go over speed bumps? That thing sticks out and hangs low.

I know what you mean. The rotary engine is difficult to work with because you either muffle it to a great deal, or it sounds like a riced out 4 banger without an exhaust installed. That is my major consideration when I did work on my car. Unfortunately that is just how the engine is - and in reality the exhaust sounds really good at WOT. It's just the partial throttle areas (3000-6000 rpm) that sounds worthless if your exhaust isn't producing a nice sound.

Is the Turbo XS Header-back exhaust a straight bolt on? Is there any wielding involved?

turboxs is usually sold along with catless midpipe since the catback won't fit well on the stock b pipe.

For a turbo car, yes. For NA, I think the borla is the nicest sounding with cat. For NA with a catless midpipe, I'd go with the Legamax.
