It stands for Ministry Intelligence which ranges from looking at things like popularity of products sold in the UK for gathering statistics, to who knows what other boring things. MI5 and MI6 don't have spies, they have agents who are only people who act on behalf of Government etc.

I love back humour and all, Jimmy Carr is my favourite comedian, I've met him after a gig and he's a really nice, genuine guy. He loves interacting with his fans. His comedy is offensive (in a good way) at times, but without intent and meanness. Baddiel on the other hand seems like a massive cunt.
