I invoked both my 4th and 5th amendment rights. After a Malfeasant officer verbally threatened and confused the situation, the first words out of the officers mouth were;
"you can put the water bottle down nothing is going to help you now"
-- and with that the officer set himself up for my refusal respectively so as any educated American would do. I did, my license was taken away, but I invoked my Constitutional rights and won ***** 5 stars
