let me tell you a simple way, take the brush tool and change the color, then draw over the pupil, then adjust the opacity of that layer! simple! :)

It costs close to 600 dollars I think, but I had a friend that lent me the disc so that I could download it. There's also Photoshop Elements that is similar that costs about 60-80 dollars if you don't have a friend who owns it already.

this was good but theres an easier way.... you just select the magnetic lasso tool, select the iris, hit ctrl+U, check the COLOR option on the bottom right of the box that comes up, then adjust the hue... Much simpler
