I"m a solo wiccan but covens seem very nice and it seems like everyone trusts everyone. the biggest coven i've even in (if it can be called a coven) it only had me and my friend. SHe moved away but being solo now u do learn more about urself. Not to save coven's don't do the same. But this coven seems very kind to it's members=3. Happy Ostara everyone! Blessed Be=3. Perhaps next Ostara i'll be a better wiccan when my trainin is over.
I've never been in a really coven before. I've done circles and rituals but this video really helped me understand more of the community of Wiccans so thank you for posting it.
Do you require that others have the same religious beliefs as you to validate your own religion? Is your faith that weak that you need to spread it to others in order to make it seem like it is valid? Why is it so necessary to spread your beliefs to others--they are for you, no one else.

I come from there too! But sadly, I'm still searching for a coven as well. But my best advice is to attend a psychic festival and ask around, I've gotten the most information from shopkeepers there.

Jesus died for you sins. He is the way, hope and salvation for all of humanity. All you have to do is to believe and turn your life over to Christ. how do you guys all find each other? where i live, if i were wiccan i would be shunned by my family and considered to be weird by just about everyone. my question is, how did you find so many people in your community with the same beliefs as you? did it start out with one person, and that oner person went and converted everyone or what?
yeh it really does start with one person and just doing your research. 1st and formost the thing you should know is that it is not at all about converting people our tradition is very respectful to other peoples belief sytstems and when we come together it is always a celebration of that diversity because that is what makes us who we are. but all you have to do is seek and you will find.

Go to large gatherings like Pantheacon, Pagan Spirit Gathering, etc. These are large gatherings are not only a lot of fun, but pagans of many paths from all over the country meet up these places, so it's a great way to network with other pagans. Also, if there are any magick or occult shops near you, they may have contact information for a coven or circle group that you could inquire with.

Why is this the argument you morons always use? You don't seem to understand how people work. People can be highly intelligent, well educated, and exert a high amount of pragmatic common sense and not like your religion.

To the ultra-radical Christians: Seriously, you're not going to convince anybody, just stop, it's NOT worth it. The Gods love us and bless us, and that is all we shall ever need. Perhaps you've heard "All Gods are one God"? then if Jesus is Lord and the Lord is God then Jesus would actually congratulate us for doing what we're doing. I come from there too! But sadly, I'm still searching for a coven as well. But my best advice is to attend a psychic festival and ask around, I've gotten the most information from shopkeepers there.

I agree with Shockawenow below. For your own sakes, seek Jesus Christ, he is the one and only true God. The Bible explains it all. Stop this wicca nonsense and get with Christ. Jesus died for you sins. He is the way, hope and salvation for all of humanity. All you have to do is to believe and turn your life over to Christ. We are in the end times, all one has to do is to take a look around at what is happening in the world. The Bible fortells this. Turn your life over to Christ while you can.

how do you guys all find each other? where i live, if i were wiccan i would be shunned by my family and considered to be weird by just about everyone. my question is, how did you find so many people in your community with the same beliefs as you? did it start out with one person, and that oner person went and converted everyone or what?

yeh it really does start with one person and just doing your research. 1st and formost the thing you should know is that it is not at all about converting people our tradition is very respectful to other peoples belief sytstems and when we come together it is always a celebration of that diversity because that is what makes us who we are. but all you have to do is seek and you will find.

@silverblaize Outside of the internet, word of mouth is the best way. Go to large gatherings like Pantheacon, Pagan Spirit Gathering, etc. These are large gatherings are not only a lot of fun, but pagans of many paths from all over the country meet up these places, so it's a great way to network with other pagans. Also, if there are any magick or occult shops near you, they may have contact information for a coven or circle group that you could inquire with.
