So they only had a few good title candidates and essentially two belts. Mir fought Nog for the interim belt so they were tied up. Randy came back and they gave him Brock.

At the time JDS, Cain and Carwin were pretty much unknowns.

Carwins skills aren't any good at all, I loved the way he defended that arm triangle, very badly. Rematch same thing would happen. Carwin can't finish lesnar and lesnar has great cardio.

Apparently, you don't know about Hulk Hogan's past. He was a major athlete in every sport he played. He just wanted to be a professional wrestler. He was great at baseball, basketball, football and amatuer wrestling. On top of that, he was a competitive weight lifter which would explain why he is so big still. He was just as athletic as Brock when he was young.
