To all those who thinks this song is a steal, plagiarism, etc. of other songs, it is just using a widely popular chord progression that is found in today's music. It may sound like Apologize, but it is not Apologize. The chords vi-IV-I-V of a major scale offer a pleasant sounding progression and shouldn't not belong to just one song.

If you want to see others' music in nonoriginal song, look at Kanye West and all the sampling he does.

Well if it's based on overall feeling and rhythm I can say that One is distinctly different than Apologize and Poker Face. I think you'd get closer comparison with Beatles Twist and Shout with La Bamba, because based on your criteria, they sound even closer. Yet, I think they are also distinct and different.
