Ive been playing for about 2 years and always wondered how cool an actual cap fight is like, did the old graphics handle lag better than the newer stuff?

not really, with new graphics comes new server upgrades, lag is pretty minimum these days, although it can still be noticable in some cases

it ran it fine but sometimes it would lag our and crash but that was every once

Not sure about the first song, sounds almost like Aphex Twin, but the second song is 'Choking You' by Prefuse 73 :)

looks like you guys wiped the floor, i like the old cyno graphic it gives that " ahhh crap " feeling in the ppl yer fighting and makes for sweeet dramatic entries,the new cyno is anticlimactic

This vid must be pre apoc as they changed the cyno in/out effect then. I must say though it is well done in that the ships are actually visible.

Looks reasonably smooth also, was the node reinf'ed?

Yes this was before apoc, Thanking, and o i jsut had a nice FPS and also as we were in snoper dreads it wernt in close enough to get lag all my brackets were off also
