Deer, and it IS running on all fours the angle it is running is away and to the right, the bounding motion is a deers, the human hunched over form comes from us seeing the back legs slightly behind the head due to the angle. The reason we can't see the front two legs at ALL times (you can see it sometimes)

is because this is a crap video and the front legs are obscured out of view by the shadow of the deers torso.
