@missCrimsonRose1 Yes, the rumor is that Gackt modeled cloud but I think Cloud's character design came out in maybe the mid nineties- I think so at least- but Gackt would have either still been in Malice Mizer or not discovered just yet either way had he have been with Malice Mizer during Clouds constructions, Gackt's hair would have been brown, no bangs, and he would have wore tight leather with dark lipstick and Cloud's blond. Hope that answers your question.
I don't understand why females are so smitten by him, I mean, he looks like he'd shatter if I punched him and a bit effeminate...BUT, he does make some kick-ass music. He's an awesome guy in my book- just don't understand that female perspective. Ah well. I guess some girls like 'em burly and big, some like em a bit more...well...delicate in structure.

No kidding, he's got some pretty damn powerful punches and kicks (martial arts). most females (including me) love him for his voice, his talent, his beauty, and his personality XDD but in a fight, he'd definitely win T T
@DogLoverGSC yeah, I love deep voices like his and Miyavi's although Miyavi's style sometimes makes me go 'o.O', but their voices are SMEXYY~~! XD and his face really is amazing, no wonder they used him as a model when they created Cloud for Final Fantasy XD
@sonbuhitsunei I remember reading in his autobiography that any time a new person joins his staff, he fights them. Woman or man, he sees it as a kind of initiation and way to get to know them. He's a fairly skilled fighter, and when he was in Madagascar he did some fighting too (note: he didn't get into fights, he engaged people in competitive fighting-- one is crimical, one isn't.) and if I recall correctly they had to be broken up because it was getting too intense. I think that says something

I definitely understand where you're coming from though-- he does look extremely beautiful, but I just have a hard time seeing him as delicate because he's always come off as quirky and masculine to me.
