My understanding is that this is originally by the SNZ. However, when they were "big" in the 90's, they had a different front man who is no longer in the band. Hence the different sound and look.

@jzillification You're right; I think on VH1 in the 90s they called it "In the Afterlife." Maybe they couldn't put the word "Hell" on there.

@KylaWalls I don't know. They dance better then black people. But maybe not as well as hispanic ones. But dancing to this would be impossible.
